Waffles is super sweet and really likes people!  His owner was a truck driver and took him everywhere with him until he passed away. Somehow he ended up with a new owner who kept Waffles tied up to a very short tether with no shelter.  When a neighbor had noticed him out there alone all the time, he asked if he could have him and the lady said yes. He brought Waffles to the SPCA who has found him a forever home to live out the rest of his days!
