Exchanges and Returns

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Want to switch things up?  We are cool with that!

  1. Contact us at info@americanpack.com
  2. Please provide your name, order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in return.
  3. After we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on processing your exchange.
  4. All exchanges must be made within 60 days of your original purchase.
  5. Items must have been purchased from  www.americanpack.com to be eligible for an exchange.
  6. If you purchased your merchandise at one of our retail locations, please get in touch with them regarding their exchange process.

    Need your item(s) exchanged in a hurry?  No Problem:

    • Just go to www.americanpack.com and place a new order for the items you would like to receive in exchange.  We will refund you for the entire amount including the standard shipping cost of ($7.50) for that order when we receive the items you wish to exchange. If you need overnight or priority shipping we will deduct the standard shipping cost of ($7.50) from the shipping cost of your order.
    • Please reference the new order number on the returns form for the items sent back as proof of purchase.

    Standard exchanges:

    1. Download the Returns & Exchanges Form.
    2. Reference your original order number.
    3. Fill out the form and provide information on the items you would like to exchange.
    4. Next, fill out the section telling us which items you would like to receive in place of the items you are exchanging.
    5. Mail us the Returns & Exchanges Form along with your items!

    * Please give us up to 15 days to receive and process your exchange.

    * We suggest that you select insurance and tracking information for your return package as we cannot exchange or refund items we do not receive.

     

    RETURN POLICY:

    We strive to make our return process as simple as possible!

    1. Fill out the Returns & Exchanges Form and send it to us along with the items you wish to return.
    2. Check below to determine which category your return falls under.
    3. We only accept returns purchased at www.americanpack.com. If you purchased your merchandise at one of our retail locations, please get in touch with them regarding their return process.

      Items not washed or worn:

      • Items may be returned up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
      • Refunds must be credited to the card used at the time of purchase. 

      Sale Items:

      • Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
      • Items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
      • Refunds must be credited to the card used at the time of purchase.
      • The refund amount will be the price purchased at checkout, less the applied discount amount. 

      Defective items (Not a result of wash or wear):

      • Items may be returned on a case-by-case basis.
      • Send us an image of the defect at info@americanpack.com. Please reference your order number in the email.
