About Our Lifetime Guarantee

GUARANTEED means we will replace any American Pack brand dog gear that has been accidentally damaged during normal pet-related activities, even chewing accidents! Although we will be more than happy to replace damaged products, our guarantee does not cover products which are lost, outgrown, dirty, any odor not from normal use, exhibiting normal wear and tear, or damaged intentionally or through neglect.

Upon approval of your request, we will mail an identical replacement of the item within 2-3 business days. If the color or design is retired, we’ll ask you to choose a new one.  We reserve the right to limit the number of free replacements when there is abuse of our guarantee.

How To Request A Replacement

To submit your request, please use our Exchanges and Returns Form and include a well-lit photo showing the entire product (or what is left of it) with the damage clearly visible.  Include your name, mailing address & e-mail or phone number and mail to: American Pack Damaged Returns, 124 Five Forks Street, STE B212, King, NC 27021
